Appraisal fees are applied according to appraised values (above or below $500,000). Fees listed above apply to loan amounts below $500,000. However, since the appraisal of higher priced properties typically requires a more time-consuming level of research, please call our office at 718.972.1146 for price quotes on properties valued above $500,000.
